secure between moblie and home base pc

i have been wondering how to make just a connection between my pc at home and the moblie laptop in or vehical.

any help apprecated 73's k8bleguy

more info needed

to remote home use vnc, teamviewer, rdp etc

get home ip (or no-ip) and log in

for proscan, set the server port as forwarded in the modem and log in, like hundreds of proscan client users do

to access the mobile car etc is harder as mobile connections generally run 'packet' connections which may change ip address frequently whilst active
can be done but harder to setup
