web server not working in 4.4

when i try to connect to the web server after i enter the password it write "connecting <the web server address> " and thats it
no web page apear not to mention that i cant stream

I had to downgrade back to 4.3 in order to be able to get the web and streaming again

The Problem occure only when i add a password to the web server
without a password all work ok
