Web Server  -  ScanCast
ProScan Web Server is a light weight server using standard HTTP request / response like any web server.  It can server files, folders, and mp3 scanner audio streams to web browsers.
ScanCast is an EdCast / SimpleCast replacement or "Source Client" for feeding audio to ScanAmerica.us, IceCast, and Shoutcast servers.

New  ProScan Version 2.9.3 -  This version introduces Web Server and ScanCast.  It is an upgrade file requiring ProScan to be installed first.
 

ProScan Version 2.1.0 -  Full version of ProScan.  ProScan runs as a 30 day fully functional trial / demo until registered and activated with a personalized key.
 

ProScan Free Client 2.1.0 - This is a stripped down version of ProScan for connecting to ProScan Servers in Monitor Client mode.  The Audio Recordings and History features are enabled.  The Free Client does not control the scanner or upload / download to the scanner.  The Control Client Mode requires the full version of ProScan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run multiple copies of ProScan on one computer?
     Yes.  Many instances of ProScan can run on the same computer.  Copy the contents of the ProScan folder to a new folder and run.  Change the comm. port setting and other options specific to that instance.
 
Does ProScan do this or does it do that?
     The best way to find out is to download the program and try it.
 
I can't control the scanner when I'm connected to a server.
     If you were given a password by the Server operator then you can control the scanner.  If you don't have a password, then you can monitor only.
 
Do I need to purchase a license for this feature to work in the demo mode?
     No.  The 30 day demo or trial has all features and functions enabled.
 
What is the Free ProScan Monitor Client?
     It enables people to connect to ProScan servers in Monitor Client mode to view and listen.  No control of scanner.
