Bug Reports
Email me the bug at
support@proscan.org and one bug per message.
Advise on the product, OS, Scanner Type, and options pertaining to the bug.
Email offers several advantages such as sending out test files, faster response to questions, easier to track, etc.
Suggestions and RequestPereferd method is by email for the following reasons:
- I have them all in one place where I can find them easier.
- I can get additional info faster.
- They are added to the priority wish list.
- Preview files are sent out for testing.
Each suggestion should be a separate email.
Please don't ask that your suggestion be done next or bumped up.
All suggestion are prioritized with the following factors:
- I like it or I think others will like it.
- Cost benefit.
- Similar to another request or in the same category as another request so they can be done at the same time.
- Multiple licenses purchased (ProScan).
- ProScan promoted with a link on a web page, recommending this software, postings on RadioReference or Yahoo, etc...
- Requesters being pushy, rude, manipulative, or control freaks won't get it done.
